We have a bucket list of Austin things to do, and ACL was definitely at the top. We finally got to go this year!!
We had 3-day passes and my dad and sherri came to stay with the kiddos.
As soon as we walked in on Friday, I thought...this is one of the many moments that reminds me we live in the coolest city ever.
Thousands of people, in a park, listening to every kind of live music you can think of, with the downtown skyline in the background. It really doesn't get any better!?!

Jon had the hookup for VIP wristbands to the Austin Ventures tent. It was great...free food and drinks, shade, bathrooms (still port a potties, but at least they weren't the ones the other 70,000 people were using ;)). Plus, we could sit on the stage and listen to the bands!!

Friday's headliners were coldplay and kanye west, so we split time and saw both. And Saturday's headliner was Stevie wonder, who was AMAZING!!
